Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. All orders are thoroughly inspected before packed and shipped to ensure your items arrive in good order.
If any items are damaged during shipment, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email info@thesoico.com as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Please note: Once a product is removed from its original protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage caused by improper handling.
Due to the nature of our business All Sales Are Final. Returns, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted for reasons other than damaged during shipping.
Most carriers make 3 attempts to deliver items before returning to sender. If the items are returned the order is considered refused. No return of merchandise will be accepted and no credit issued without authorization by our customer service department.
If incorrect items are received please call customer service. We will be glad to help you with the return or exchange. For orders that are incomplete or damaged, we will replace the item with no additional shipping charges.
We are sorry we cannot accept returns for products purchased in retail locations.
