Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm PST with the exception of holiday schedules. Orders will be update with your tracking information the day your order ships. Free Shipping is available on orders over $75 or $9.99 Flat Rate. We are unable to update delivery addresses once the order is shipped and additional shipping fees will apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

International Shipping is not available at this time.

Payment Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment: Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)

Credit Card Charges: your credit card will be charged when you place your order.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Orders placed after 1 PM (PST) or over the weekend will process the next business day and will ship will ship within 5 business days.

Orders may take up to 48 hours to begin processing and ship (Monday through Friday). High volume periods (such as Holidays, etc.) may experience a delay in standard processing times prior to shipping.

Returns

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. All orders are thoroughly inspected before packed and shipped to ensure your items arrive in good order. In the event that your items are damaged during shipment we ask that you contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Due to the nature of our business All Sales Are Final. Returns, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted for reasons other than damaged during shipping.

Most carriers make 3 attempts to deliver items before returning to sender. If the items are returned the order is considered refused. No return of merchandise will be accepted and no credit issued without authorization by our customer service department. If incorrect items are received please call customer service. We will be glad to help you with the return or exchange. For orders that are incomplete or damaged, we will replace the item with no additional shipping charges.

We are sorry we cannot accept returns for products purchased in retail locations.
